How the gross monthly household income calculated?
The monthly household income is based on the gross combined income of both parents.
For a parent who is a salaried employee, the average monthly household income will be based on the average monthly income received over the latest available 12-month period including bonuses, commissions, overtime pay and allowances.
ECDA will determine your income by screening with the Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board upon receiving your consent.
For a parent who is self-employed, please submit the latest Notice of Assessment (NOA) from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and any other supporting documents for our assessment.
When will the computation of KiFAS based on PCI be applicable?
KiFAS computation using PCI will be used when there are 5 or more family members living in the same household including more than 2 dependents.
How do I apply for KiFAS?
KiFAS application forms will be provided to you through your AOPs and MOE kindergartens.
